To say that the facts about smoking are questionable is like saying guns aren't dangerous. As a result of smoking we greatly increase the potential of heart disease, many cancers, breathing issues, pregnancy issues, intestinal troubles plus gum and teeth problems, these are the real facts about smoking!
The facts about smoking become more sobering year after year . Over 400,000 North Americans 35 and up, perish from smoking . In Ontario the facts about smoking reveal smoking kills over 13,000 people each year (twenty percent of all deaths in their jurisdiction), or over 35 each day. compare these facts about smoking to just 3,000 deaths per year from car accidents, suicides, murder and AIDS-related deaths combined.
26 per cent of North American homes contend that at least one person lights up within the house each day, sobering smoking facts. In every study ever done, most smokers want to quit, the addiction stops them. Obvious facts about smoking are that cigarette companies continue to kill large segments of our population with their drug Nicotine, the most addictive and destructive drug ever created .
The only significant facts about smoking?
1-Cigarettes CAN be beaten.
2-You CAN break the dependency of Nicotine.
3-You are able to find your health again.

You stated the key right there, a conscious effort is what is needed more than anything.
Once your stress subsides, you will find it, I am certain of that.
